BTR has a team of experienced conveyancing paralegals to administer the procedural aspects of the conveyancing transaction.
Job DescriptionYour role is to supervise and support the team and to apply your legal expertise to any complexities arising during the transaction.
You will gain experience and expertise across a broad range of conveyancing-related dealings, including:
water licences and allocationspermits to occupyeasementsmining tenementsconduct and compensation agreementsoff-the-plan contractsrelated party transactionsSomething you might come across once in your career in small-scale practice will be a common occurrence here at BTR!
