We are looking for Junior and Senior Queensland Property Lawyers for an award-winning Conveyancing Practice. Multiple positions are available based in our Brisbane office to join our team.

BTR has a team of experienced conveyancing paralegals to administer the procedural aspects of the conveyancing transaction.
Job DescriptionYour role is to supervise and support the team and to apply your legal expertise to any complexities arising during the transaction. You will gain experience and expertise across a broad range of conveyancing-related dealings, including:
water licences and allocationspermits to occupyeasementsmining tenementsconduct and compensation agreementsoff-the-plan contractsrelated party transactionsSomething you might come across once in your career in small-scale practice will be a common occurrence here at BTR!

We would love to hear from you if you are a legal practitioner who is: eligible to hold a Queensland Law Society issued Practising Certificatepreferably with experience in New South Wales law and eligible to practice in both stateslooking to leverage your property law and conveyancing skills to supervise and support our experienced conveyancing paralegalsinterested in a hybrid role - work from home and/or office (minimum 1 day a week in the office)If you are looking to accelerate your learning and career trajectory - please apply!
