ready to welcome an experienced Property Lawyer who is not only happy to continue managing and supervising Conveyancing Transactions, but also building new client offerings in Property Law and Wills & Estates.
About the role:
You can expect to run higher value conveyancing transactions
(whilst the paralegal team looks after standard A-Z transactions),
developer transactions involving multiple lots, leasing, commercial transactions and the preparation of wills and management of estates matters.
At your fingertips will be support for you to build on your existing relationships and build new practice areas within this already well established and technologically advanced firm, with support from management to do so.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Property Lawyer to well and truly be rewarded and valued for your contributions! Due to the nature of this role, this firm is looking for a Property Lawyer to be on site and in the office from Monday - Friday.
About you:
At least 3 years PAE within the Property and Wills & Estates space
Exceptional transactional skills with A-Z Conveyancing
A commitment to client service
A confident mentor and leader, assisting paralegals to navigate the ins and outs of conveyancing matters
A strong business acumen and a drive to generate new business and capture opportunities within the legal services market
Existing referral relationships and the ability to market yourself, the firm and build new relationships
A passion for continuous learning and personal growth, with the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace
