Their plans to continue growing see them ready to welcome an experienced Property Lawyer who is not only happy to continue managing and supervising Conveyancing Transactions, but also building new client offerings in Property Law and Wills & Estates. About the role: You can expect to run higher value conveyancing transactions (whilst the paralegal team looks after standard A-Z transactions), developer transactions involving multiple lots, leasing, commercial transactions and the preparation of wills and management of estates matters. At your fingertips will be support for you to build on your existing relationships and build new practice areas within this already well established and technologically advanced firm, with support from management to do so.

Due to the nature of this role, this firm is looking for a Property Lawyer to be on site and in the office from Monday - Friday.
