The Firm | The Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate in Property law to join their Brisbane Property team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support 3 partners in working with institutional clients in industrial and commercial leasing, acquisition and disposals.
An insight into the key responsibilities of this role includes:
Reviewing and drafting commercial leasing agreements.
Negotiating leasing terms and conditions.
Assisting with the sale and purchase of commercial properties.
Conducting due diligence for acquisitions.
Preparation of contracts of sale for 'off-the-plan' developments.
About You
To be successful in this Property Associate/Senior Associate role, you will have:
3+ years' PAE in property law
Strong negotiation and drafting skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
A client-service focus.
