The Opportunity:
In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of property matters, working across residential and commercial sectors. You'll have direct involvement in:
High-value and complex property transactions, including conveyancing and leasing (retail and commercial)Advising on property development projects and subdivisionsDrafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts and legal documentsProviding strategic advice to clients across a range of industriesCollaborating with other professionals, including agents, financiers, and developersWhat You Bring: 1-4 years PAE with a focus on property lawA meticulous approach to legal research, drafting, and negotiationExceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts with clarity and confidenceStrong client management skills and a commitment to providing exceptional serviceThe ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalismWhy Choose Our Client:
