Working with a range of clients from landlords and tenants to high-end premium developers & corporations, typically requiring advice & strategies with a good mix of work; Leasing (including retail, industrial and commercial for landlords and tenants), Property Due Diligence, Commercial, Industrial & Residential Property Sales/Purchases.Suitable candidates should have:Proven experience and expertise in all aspects of Property work;Strong drafting skills in lease agreements;A personality that complements the high standards of service delivery their clients expect;Strong communication & organisational skills, drive & enthusiasm to build the team further, together with willingness & ability to mentor others, working collaboratively & autonomously within a team environment.If you're looking for a professional, relaxed and well regarded team within a highly successful law firm offering an attractive level of work/life balance, career progression then this firm will tick all your boxes!
