Once in a Lifetime Role in Victoria!!! Highly skilled Property Investment Advisor to form a critical part of our experienced and goal driven team which is now expanding into Victoria in our Mount Waverley Head Office
Reporting to the Group Manager, your responsibilities will include: Meeting with clients to understand their current position and investment goalsPresenting detailed information around property investment principlesCreating and implementing a tailored investment strategyProviding customers with a first-class experience, exceeding customer service expectationsPresenting property investment options and completing contractsWorking with strategic partners including mortgage brokers and conveyancers; andProvide continual client management support through the process from sale through to settlement and beyond. The successful candidate will have: A minimum of 2 years sales experience within the property industry, investment sales or finance industryA general understating of property investment principles.Highly developed communication skills and a consultative approachThe ability to work collaboratively within a unified teamThe ability to work flexible hoursFinance knowledge would be highly regardedWell-developed organisational and client management capabilitiesExperience working with a range of IT applications and software If you feel you have the necessary experience and drive to meet the challenges of this position, please apply with your Cover Letter and Resume today!
