Highly skilled Property Investment Advisor to form a critical part of our experienced and goal driven team which is now expanding into Victoria in our Mount Waverley Head Office Reporting to the Group Manager, your responsibilities will include: Meeting with clients to understand their current position and investment goalsPresenting detailed information around property investment principlesCreating and implementing a tailored investment strategyProviding customers with a first-class experience, exceeding customer service expectationsPresenting property investment options and completing contractsWorking with strategic partners including mortgage brokers and conveyancers; andProvide continual client management support through the process from sale through to settlement and beyond.
