What can you expect on a day-to-day basis? Over 2 Years, complete rotations in the National Development Group (NDG) Property Team Developing designs and gaining relevant planning approval Property analyst functions and demographic studies Preparation of Letters of Offers & contract reviews Financial feasibility management Industry networking Preparing briefs and board packages for internal stakeholder approval Stakeholder managementYour Keys To Success Bachelor's degree in Property Prior exposure to portfolio/assessment management and design and/or relevant industry experience in property, law, planning, engineering, or project management.
