Key Responsibilities:Manage the fleet of vehicles and oversee sale of the 50 vehicles to the outsourced provider and contract going forward.Management of owned & leased sites including all facilities, compliance, maintenance, etc.Lead and manage a small operations team, providing training, guidance, and support.Procuring and negotiating contracts.Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and safety standards.Manage budgets and resources.Stakeholder Management.Skills and Experience:Proven experience in fleet, property and facilities management.Proven experience in project management, including refurbishment and minor works.Understanding of relevant legislation such as the Building Code of Australia.Experience leading people and managing internal and external stakeholders.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable youth and a commitment to our mission.Please call Jaala Coppola on for more information or email your CV to .
