The role of the Property and Facilities Officer is to partner our Property and Facilities Manager to deliver the day-to-day maintenance and grounds requirements and oversee the Property and Facilities team resources of our College across three sites.
This role plays an important part, ensuring that our College is maintained to a high standard.
DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Demonstrated experience, across a broad range of maintenance, landscaping, carpentry, painting and plastering skills.Work well within the Team, sharing workloads.A high regard for health and safety.Demonstrate strong commitment and initiative in the delivery of high quality product.A commitment to delivering high standards of work and a "can do" attitude.Experience producing work in compliance with industry regulations.Trade or similar qualifications is required.Ability to be flexible, when required to ensure that work is completed.Ability to proficiently prioritise tasks and utilise effective time management skills. Have a Working with Children (Blue Card) or the ability to acquire one.A resourceful team member who is able to operate in a supportive, collaborative and inclusive manner.
