About this role… As part of an establishedProperty law practice, primarily you'll be responsible for providinglegal advice in relation to a variety of Property & Development matterseg. Sales & Acquisitions, Retirement Villages, Off-The-Plan and landdevelopments advising public and private clients from property developers,owners corporations, tenants, farmers, trustees andmore. Some ofyour responsibilities will include:- assisting clients with a wide range of property law matters includingthose mentioned above and Adverse possession, Duties, GST and CGTwithholding, Land tax, Owners Corporation, Land development, includingsubdivisions, covenants and easements;building & growing the practice further through networking andmarketing initiatives;mentoring those less experienced around you. About you…Our client is seeking anexperienced & passionate Property Lawyer at SeniorAssociate/Special Counsel levelwith the following attributes:- Circa 7+ years post admission Property lawexperience;A self-starter with a friendly, pro-active team approach;Excellent communication skills and a strong client service focus;The ability to multi-task and prioritise to manage competing priorities& timelines;Able & willing to share your expertise/mentor less experiencedcolleaguesA keen sense of commerciality.
