The Role An opportunity exists for a mid-level lawyer with private practice experience (between two and four years' post admission experience) to join the Sydney property team.
Working closely with our partners, senior associates, and their clients, you will have: proven experience working on abroad range of large-scale property and development matters (2-4 years' post-admission experience, currently in private practice); a passion for practising property & development law; a commitment to excellence; the ability to identify key issues in a legal matter; demonstrated understanding of the commercial context of matters; the ability to work independently on a matter (with supervision); sound judgement and a proactive, innovative and outcome-focussed approach to work; strong drafting and effective negotiation skills; the ability to interact with clients confidently and build effective working relationships; the ability to work as a productive member of a team; and knowledge of up to date commercial and legal developments.
