Brisbane Location (Work from Home Flexibility) Initially 2 Months with Potential for Permanency $48 per Hour + Super    About the Role: Are you an experienced Property Coordinator looking for a role with an immediate start?
Our client is an arm of the Australian Government, looking for a Property Coordinator for an immediate start in Brisbane.
This role is initially for 2 months, with the potential to transition into a permanent position.
Responsibilities: Provide support in managing a diverse property portfolio, including leases, licences, and third-party agreements.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with landlords, contractors, facility managers, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with lease terms, manage critical dates, and oversee rental payments.
Prepare and review high-level property management communications and reports.
Contribute to WH&S compliance, promoting a positive and safe work environment.
Assist with budget preparation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements: 3-5 years' experience managing a diverse property portfolio.
Proven expertise in leasing documentation, including drafting Heads of Agreements and Leases.
Strong customer service skills and stakeholder management abilities.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Tertiary qualifications in property or real estate (highly regarded).
