About the role
In this newly created position, you will be responsible for administering the leases/licenses for our national portfolio.
Your primary remit, will be to coordinate the agreements, contracts, applications and approvals for our portfolio.
Negotiating and drafting any new leases or renewals as required and managing any critical dates.
Reporting to the National Property Lead, you will also work collaboratively across different teams to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

To be successful you will have previous experience in commercial property management along with experience in preparing and administering leasing agreements.
With high-level attention to detail and organizational skills you will be adept at responding to changing priorities and managing multiple projects.
Your exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills along with your learning agility will be critical to your success.
