Position Overview:
The Property Coordinator is a crucial member of the Operations team, supporting Facility Managers in managing the operational aspects of property management, precincts, and related infrastructure.
Tenant Liaison: Ensure timely follow-up and action on all tenant requests. Access Control Management: Program and issue access control cards and keys. Meeting Minutes: Accurately type and distribute minutes from meetings. Communication: Keep the Facility Manager updated on all tenant inquiries. Filing: Maintain organised filing systems. Maintenance Requests: Coordinate requests to contractors for building maintenance. Invoice Coding: Manage the coding of invoices. Contractor Induction: Ensure contractors are inducted and receive necessary paperwork before commencing maintenance work. Reception Relief: Provide reception support on a rotational basis. Maintenance Assistance: Aid the Facility Manager with both contracted and non-contracted maintenance tasks.
