An exciting temporary opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced Property Coordinator to join a dynamic team in Brisbane CBD. The successful candidate will be responsible for lease administration, land tenure coordination, and tenant negotiations. As a Property Coordinator, you will play an integral role in managing the administration of a diverse property portfolio. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include everything from lease administration to coordinating land tenure items. You'll also be involved in facilitating tenant negotiations, monitoring lease compliance, and responding to client enquiries. This role requires someone who can effectively manage workflows, organise tasks to meet deadlines, and achieve quality work outcomes.
Manage lease administration including market rent review, insurance, recharging and general lease administrationCoordinate land tenure items such as searches, surveys, valuations and easementsAdminister the Louisa Creek Rental ProgramMonitor and administer land costs for property as requiredProcess and record acquisition and disposal activitiesAccountable for timely and accurate database and records administrationAssist with administrative services relating to land portfolio and commercial property mattersFacilitate tenant negotiations through the preparation of tenant documentsMonitor lease complianceRespond to new and existing client enquiries What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Property Coordinator role will bring a wealth of experience in tenant and land administration. You'll have proven skills in drafting content for all levels of tenure agreements, as well as a deep understanding of relevant legislation. Your ability to maintain confidentiality while providing expert advice on property matters will be crucial. Above all else, you'll be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Proven experience in a dynamic Administration role for 3 yearsExperience in tenant and land administration and documentation is desirable but not requiredProven Customer Service or Stakeholder Management experienceKnowledge of legislation, policies, and practices relating to tenure negotiations and property managementAbility to maintain confidentiality and provide informationProven ability to work effectively with minimal supervisionExperience working effectively in a team environment What sets this company apart:
