Due to growth, a strong pipeline of work, and overall strategy, they are looking to hire an experienced property lawyer.Our client is a stalwart in their space and leads the way in the areas of property and body corporate law as well as construction law with decades of experience behind them.A flavour of the work will include:off the plan developmentsland development, including subdivisions, covenants and easementsgeneral property advice e.g.
advice on property planning, advice on property title structuring, advice on adverse possession, advice on compulsory acquisitionproviding advice on subdivision of properties, leases, licenses and easementsdrafting and interpreting strata by-lawsproviding advice on the compliance of by-lawsproviding advice on common property exclusive rights issuesAbout YouThe ideal candidate will:Be an experienced property lawyer with around 1 to 3 years paePre-admission experience in conveyancing will be highly regardedHave solid technical skills as well as commercial nousHave excellent communication skills, able to foster strong client relationshipsBe a team player but also enjoy working independentlyBe highly organised and be able to manage competing deadlinesBe enthusiastic and show initiativeCulture & BenefitsOn offer is a competitive salary package.
