This role is designed for a senior-level manager who is ready to step into an autonomous position, managing their own set of clients and service streams while driving business development initiatives.Key responsibilities:Oversee projects including strategic advice on organizational transformations, policy reforms, detailed assessment, program design and administration, business cases, feasibility studies, and organizational reviews.Plan, manage, and lead consultancy programs across a diverse portfolio of clients in both public and private sectors, ensuring adherence to delivery requirements concerning schedule, budget, scope, quality, and risk.Develop strong relationships with property owners, investors, and occupiers to understand their needs and deliver tailored consultancy services.Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather insights and drive project objectives.Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and networking within the property sector.Collaborate with the service line Partner and senior team members to qualify leads and develop strategic proposals that align with client requirements.Establish program governance structures that facilitate effective communication and reporting lines among stakeholders.Monitor project schedules and resource plans while providing regular updates to senior leadership on project status.Lead the identification and management of complex risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to inform decision-making processes.Engage directly in project execution as needed, demonstrating a willingness to roll up your sleeves and work alongside your team.Ensure high-quality client-ready deliverables are produced consistently throughout the project lifecycle.Who are we looking for?Join a team where the uniqueness of our people is celebrated, contribution is rewarded, and voices are respected and heard. Your ability to connect various disciplines within our organization will enable you to provide comprehensive solutions that meet our clients' unique needs.Extensive experience (min 7 years) in consulting services within management consulting, engineering consulting, commercial real estate or related sectors.Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects across various asset classes including government social infrastructure, commercial assets, life sciences and not for profit.Strong understanding of strategic property consulting frameworks and methodologies.Excellent communication skills with the ability to produce compelling reports and presentations for senior leadership teams.Experience in stakeholder engagement activities such as conducting interviews, facilitating workshops, and delivering presentations.Critical thinking skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new information across multiple policy areas.Not the perfect fit?
