Undertake acquisition, leasing and disposal of real estate for Commercial Services. Support the leased and owned real estate portfolio and operate as Lessor and Lessee. Develop and maintain strong communication links with the real estate industry, Local Government, non-government organisations and other key stakeholders. Undertake tasks associated with addressing Local Government issues presented to Commercial Services. Details of Appointment Fixed term, full time, day worker position working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible for 6 months.
