Your role will involve managing inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects, and setting them up for in-depth consultations with our senior consultants. With a focus on delivering top-notch customer service and exceeding sales targets, you'll play a crucial part in our agency's success.
You'll need to qualify these leads by asking the right questions and understanding their needs, building strong relationships through personalized interactions and a customer-centric approach. Guiding leads through our unique, market leading property investment process, you'll educate them about our services, address any concerns, and ultimately set them up for success.
We're looking for someone who's not just good at sales, but great at staying organized and managing multiple leads at once. You'll maintain up-to-date records in our CRM system, ensuring an efficiently managed sales pipeline. Collaboration is key, so you'll work closely with our sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to share insights and optimize lead generation strategies.
