The role: Contributes to the delivery of property services for the Department of Health (DoH) by:
Ensuring the acquisition, leasing and disposal of real estate is in accordance with Government requirements, providing whole of Agency value and meeting client needs.Supporting the development and implementation of contemporary property practices and procedures in a Government context for the Agency.The role is part of the Accommodation Services team that forms part of the Department of Health's Infrastructure Services division and works closely with the Asset Management and Programming and Delivery branches. Details of Appointment Permanent full time day worker position working 76 hours per fortnight commencing as soon as possible.
Notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant.Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or fixed term full time, part time and casual vacancies.Salary: $104,756 - $118,730 per annum.
Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022.Eligibility: Applicants should note the following criteria are desirable:
