Salary: Salary package is fully based off years of Property & Commercial Law PAE, Billables and what you can bring to the firm. Salary is open to negotiation, but between $150,000 to $200,000 for the right candidate.

About the position: Join our client's dynamic team as a Property & Commercial Lawyer, where you will play a crucial role in handling complex property and commercial law cases while mentoring junior lawyers and paralegals. You will manage a diverse caseload of 45-50 files, ensuring high-quality legal services and meeting billable targets of 4.5-7 hours per day. This role offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise in property and commercial law while contributing to the professional growth of your team.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise and represent clients in property and commercial law matters, including property transactions, leasing, contract disputes, and business acquisitions.
Mentor and manage junior lawyers and paralegals to enhance their skills and performance.
Handle a diverse range of property and commercial law cases with autonomy and efficiency.
Achieve billable targets while providing exceptional client service.
Participate in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
Key Requirements:
5-20+ years PAE in Property & Commercial Law, preferably from private practice.
Proven track record in team management and mentoring.
Ability to meet billable targets and manage a substantial caseload.
Accredited specialist in property or commercial law is desirable.
Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
