What will you be doing? Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive customer experience. Document damages reported by the insurer and gather information on previous work performed. Coordinate and schedule relevant and necessary repairs. Work closely with your team taking on and delegating work during busy periods. Maintain updated communications and status updates in the portal. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with make-safe measures.
What experience is preferred? Previous customer service or contact centre experience. A drive to provide an outstanding service. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Must have full working rights.
