The role: Manage a diverse portfolio of Domestic Property and Strata claims from start to finish, ensuring efficient and effective resolutions.
Make timely and accurate indemnity decisions in line with company policies, industry standards, and legislation.
Document claims processes and outcomes thoroughly, negotiate settlements confidently, and maintain high standards of accuracy.
Drive continuous improvement through technical expertise and professional development, contributing to a high-quality claims experience.
