YOUR ROLE Multiple opportunities for property claim consultants to join the NRMA team based in Hurstville on a full-time permanent basis. Your primary purpose is to assist our customers in their time of need, creating close relationships, with the aim to work fast and efficiently to ensure a smooth claims process. Taking inbound calls from customers, you'll assess information to lodge the claim and work with suppliers and repairers to ensure replacements and work are carried out in a timely manner. Your IAG journey commences onMonday 12th Aug 2024 with a comprehensive, 5-week induction, with facilitation in the office 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. After three months and when deemed competent, employees can enjoy the benefits of flexible work arrangements, with the current requirement of being in the office reduced to just one day per month, with some ad hoc days as required. This is a full-time , permanent role so you'll need to be flexible to work on a rotating roster Monday to Friday between 7:15am - 6 pm. Office location will be based out of our Hurstville office. Please note: To work from home, you'll need high-speed internet connection and a private home office set up.
