An opportunity has arisen for a self-starting, motivated individual to join Keyes & Co Property working alongside one of Townsville's leading agents, Damien Keyes.
Our ideal candidate must be a team player and possess that willingness to always go the extra mile not only for clients of the company but also their fellow team members within the business. In this role you must have a polished phone manner and be very organized with managing the day-to-day goings on that a busy real estate calendar demands. Responsibilities will include answering all enquiries and building relationships for the long term with both current clients of the business and potential clients of the business.
Damien has been in the real estate and property industry in varying roles for over 30 years so you will get the opportunity to draw on all that experience whilst being supported to grow into your role and develop your own career. Working so closely with a high-performing agent will accelerate and fast track your growth within this industry and this role is the perfect platform for those wanting to create their own brand in the market one day.
You will be required to hold a current Real Estate Sales certificate and the role demands after hours work as well as working Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities Manage buyers both new & existing Showing property during business hours and on weekends and after hours as required Manage pre-sale production of listings which includes photoshoots, booking home staging, project manage any maintenance like painting & other minor renovations, & pre-sale building and pest inspections Book & attend valuations, building inspections and any other sale-related inspections Negotiate offers with buyers Attend auctions and manage bidder registration process Prospecting activities to generate new business including letter box dropping and phone calls to the database Skills & Requirements Hold a current driver's license and a well-maintained vehicle Excellent communicator both verbal and written Strong work ethic and be coachable Ideally 1-2 years' experience within the industry is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
