Whether you are new to the Gold Coast, between employment, or seeking a new career opportunity, our clients may be looking for you.Key Responsibilities:Communicating with tenants, addressing concerns, and managing lease agreements.Overseeing repairs and maintenance, conducting regular inspections, and coordinating with contractors.Managing rent collection, handling late payments, and enforcing lease terms.Advertising vacant units, showing properties, screening applicants, and processing leases.Preparing budgets, tracking expenses, and providing financial reports to property owners.Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws, including fair housing regulations.Responding to emergencies and resolving urgent issues promptly.Maintaining accurate records of leases, maintenance requests, and financial transactions.Identifying opportunities for property improvements and managing renovation projects.Providing regular updates to property owners and advising on property performance.Core Skills and Experience:Real Estate License or Property Manager Registration (with appropriate recognised training, i.e., cert IV in property services)Previous experience working as a property managerStrong verbal and written skillsAbility to address tenant concernsExcellent organisational skillsUnderstanding of budgets, financial reporting, and expense managementWell-developed problem-solving skillsNegotiation skillsExcellent communication and time management skillsAbility to work well under pressureIf this sounds like you, then please apply now.
