The Position: The Property and Asset Coordinator is responsible for the effective day-to-day coordination of Respect's property portfolio, motor vehicle fleet, and associated assets (staff housing, offices, etc.
).
This role is remote, but will require regular travel to Respect sites Australia wide. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Property CoordinationOversee and maintain Respect's property database - internally and 3rd party rentalsOversee and maintain Respect's staff housing databaseEnsure accommodation is maintained through arranging periodical inspectionsManage maintenance requestsManage tenancy agreementsManage disputes regarding tenancyEnsure accommodation is returned to pre-occupancy standards upon departure of employeesOrganise required inspections with 3rd party rentalsWork with the Talent Acquisition Team to source accommodation where required that is close to Respect facilities, that meets appropriate living standards, security standards, and safety standards, from available sources (e.g., property owned by Respect, in-facility (RAC), ILU / Respect Villages or rental accommodation).Where availability is limited, work hand in hand with the Property and Development Manager in sourcing potential new properties to secure through leasing or purchase arrangements.Organise required inspections (building, pest etc.)
for property purchasesLiaise with Procurement to furnish accommodation as requiredLiaise with Procurement to organise utility connections (gas, electricity etc.
