Your role will involve investigating, quantifying, and settling claims, negotiating settlements between insurers, repairers/suppliers, and customers, and minimizing claim costs through savvy management and negotiation techniques. You'll be at the forefront of driving cost-effective solutions, contributing to our customer advocacy and partner NPS scores by executing efficient performance routines.
