In this role, you'll engage in a broad spectrum of high-profile transactions, such as:Buying and selling commercial, industrial, and retail real estateManaging hotel and resort acquisitionsParticipating in renewable energy projects (wind, solar, battery, waste-to-hydrogen)Structuring joint venturesProviding titling advice for property developmentsNegotiating environmental offset arrangementsDrafting infrastructure agreementsSecuring regulatory approvalsAdvising on project financing and foreign investment applicationsBased in Queensland, you'll work on deals across Australia, collaborating with both domestic and international clients.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who brings:Min 5 years experience in commercial property law, ideally with exposure to renewable energyStrong drafting skills and a sharp commercial mindsetExperience managing files independently and in collaboration with senior lawyersA passion for mentoring and developing junior team membersConfidence in client-facing roles and business development activitiesThe ability to handle multiple matters and prioritise effectivelyExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsThe Application Process
