About the Role As the Property and Places Manager, you'll oversee the Institute's diverse property portfolio, implementing efficient project management processes and ensuring our sites operate at maximum value.
You'll take the lead on projects from development application (DA) through to completion, coordinating with key stakeholders, managing costs, and ensuring compliance with WHS and other property laws.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize RAIA's property portfolio across Australia, driving value and efficiency.Implement project management processes for renovations, upgrades, and acquisitions.Cultivate strategic relationships with tenants, contractors, and strata committees.Maintain WHS compliance across all sites and manage associated costs effectively.What You'll Bring: Qualifications & Experience: A Bachelor's degree in a Built Environment discipline, plus 4+ years in multi-site property management.Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of Australian property laws, best practices, and project management.Financial & Management Skills: Budget management, contract negotiation, and financial acumen.Software Proficiency: Familiarity with property management tools and MS Office.Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel interstate and manage some out-of-hours work as required.Ready to Apply?
