About the Opportunity: We're seeking a skilled Property and Lease Administrator to join us in optimising our Victorian Asset Management mixed-use property portfolio.
Reporting into the Head of Asset Management - Victoria, this role is instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of lease administration processes, stakeholder management, invoicing, and process enhancement.
Key Responsibilities: Utilise advanced Excel skills to assist in preparation of budgets, outgoings, and reconcile arrears.
Liaise with tenants, landlords and suppliers as required.
Assist with the preparation of instructions to legal practitioners.
Ensure lease compliance and timely execution of documentation.
Collate and enter tenant sales data and calculate turnover rents.
Ensure efficient and accurate invoicing processes and timely payments.
Maintain accurate records in Property Management database.
Manage bank guarantee and insurance tracking registers.
Facilitate onboarding and offboarding of property managements.
Assist with new management clients and collate information.
Assist the Asset management team with varied department administration tasks About the Ideal Candidate: Experience in lease administration or property management (preferred but not essential).
Experience with Property Management Software such as Cirrus8 (preferred but not essential).
Accounts Payable or invoice management experience.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word & Excel.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
