Status: Permanent Full-Time (35 hours per week)
Salary: $104,949.64 to $120,692 per annum + 11.5% superannuation
Randwick City Council is looking for an experienced and passionate professional to join the Property team in the role of Property Officer. In this role you will oversee and participate in the management of Council's diverse property portfolio to ensure that the value return is maximised, and that occupation agreements are prepared and managed appropriately.

We will trust you to bring: Public land management and leasing experience Minimum of 2-3 years Local Government or Public Sector experience Ability to interpret and implement legislation, regulations and government policies Relationship building skills Ability to develop and implement innovative solutions High level computer literacy Things you will do: Management of Council's property systems. Act as a first point of contact for enquiries relating to Council owned and managed land. Respond to Council property enquires from internal and external stakeholders. Preparation of community leases and licences Overseeing external property management organisation Management of Council's footway occupation agreements Preparation of tender documentation in relation to property matters Employment in this position is subject to the successful completion of a Criminal History Check with a result of no relevant adverse findings.
