Offer strategic legal counsel to clients facing intricate legal challenges, ensuring their interests are effectively represented. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to remain informed about changes in property and commercial law, applying this expertise to client matters. Prepare and analyse legal documentation, such as contracts, agreements, and correspondence, with meticulous attention to detail and precision. Advocate for client's rights and interests during negotiations with professionalism and expertise. Foster enduring client relationships through consistent communication, prompt responsiveness, and outstanding service provision. Collaborate efficiently with colleagues and stakeholders to attain shared objectives and secure optimal outcomes for clients. Contribute to the firm's expansion and progress by actively engaging in business development endeavours, networking opportunities, and marketing strategies. The Successful Applicant Hold a Bachelor of Laws and ACT practising certificate. Two years experience practising in property law, commercial transactions and/or dispute resolution. Experience preparing and drafting legal documents. Knowledge of LEAP Legal Software (highly regarded). Knowledge/experience of PEXA. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work under pressure.
