Property Analyst

As part of their Analyst team, you will be responsible for:
Portfolio reporting and analysisProperty analysis across outgoings, washups, costs, sales, rent, etc.Preparation of property-related statisticsAnalytical support to property and asset managersPortfolio budgeting and forecastingStrategic planningYou will have a relevant degree (Accounting, Economics, Commerce, etc.) and ideally have 4+ years of relevant property experience or be an Analyst with strong Excel modeling and analysis skills. You will possess strong commercial acumen, excellent business partnering abilities, an adaptable approach, and an innovative mindset.
