Property Analyst

As part of their Analyst team, you will be responsible for: Portfolio reporting and analysis Property analysis across outgoings, washups, costs, sales, rent, etc.
Preparation of property-related statistics Analytical support to property and asset managers Portfolio budgeting and forecasting Strategic planning You will have a relevant degree (Accounting, Economics, Commerce, etc.)
and ideally have 4+ years of relevant property experience or be an Analyst with strong Excel modeling and analysis skills.
You will possess strong commercial acumen, excellent business partnering abilities, an adaptable approach, and an innovative mindset.
