This is an exciting opportunity for a Property Finance Analyst to join our growing team. This role will perform critical accounts payable and receivables tasks within the Asset Management team.You will support the national property team by providing critical payments and accounts receivables support, including quality assurance checking of payment and charge batches, requiring liaising with our property administration team based overseas, as well as Property Managers.Additionally you will manage all fixed outgoing payments and updates in Yardi. Council Rates, Land Tax and Head lease rent reconciliations will also be completed in Yardi and reconciled with JDE (our finance system) to check balances match. You will assist with the management of arrears, accruals and additional ad hoc duties.Qualifications
Curious with a background in finance (AR, AP, accruals, prepayments, amortisation etc.) with experience in property leasing with 2 plus years' experience in the property industry, in this role you will be supporting the property team across general admin and accounts. We are seeking a collaborative team player with strong verbal and written communication skills. You will demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm and a can do attitude and have a love for helping others. You will have a strong attention to detail and be excited about the opportunity that offers flexibility and challenge, supporting you to thrive and develop.Our team is in an exciting business transformation phase, bringing to life Reddy Express and integrating the OTR offering, there will be lots of opportunity to provide input into best practice systems and procedures, and to really make your mark.Additional Information
