Property Analyst

Job Title: Property Analyst Location:  Melbourne CBD Position Type:  2 year fixed term, Full-time Salary: $112,000-$120,000 + 17% super Chandler Macleod, in partnership with one of the largest and successful higher educational institutions, are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Property Analyst for their multiple campus operation.
The successful applicant should be skilled in the following.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in the selection of valuers for matters impacting property portfolio.
Instruct and critically review external valuations, rent assessments and feasibility's.
Develop, sensitivity test and analyse financial models.
Undertake relevant property due diligence and prepare acquisition (transaction) models.
Summarise analytics cohesively, concisely and with a high degree of accuracy.
Undertake general property market research and data compilation.
Build and maintain various databases and registers.
Maintain knowledge of relevant real estate markets.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Urban Planning, or a related field.
Master's degree preferred.
Ideally qualified and API registered valuer.
Minimum 3-5 of years of experience in property analysis, real estate, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and financial modelling.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or real estate analysis software.
Note: Appointment to this position is subject to passing a Working with Children Check and other checks as required by the specific role.
