Property Analyst

The Client Our client is a global property owner and one of the world's leading investment firms.
Due to internal promotion, they are looking for an analyst to join their high-performing team.
The Role The primary focus of this role will be to provide all facets of analysis and asset management reporting.
Key Responsibilities Assist with general asset management Maintain portfolio databases i.e.
tenancy schedules Monitor external property managers Assist in the process of Internal and External valuations Asset management reporting across the portfolio Prepare budgets and financial modeling of assets Assist with cash flows The Candidate Appropriate tertiary qualification Have some experience in either property, finance, banking or similar Possess a high financial aptitude and commercial acumen Must have sound experience using Excel and Microsoft suite Have strong communication and interpersonal skills The Benefits Supportive work environment Career progression on offer Flexible working arrangements Excellent leadership & recognised brand Work in a high-end office in Sydney CBD Attractive base salary + bonus!
