Key Duties & Responsibilities Prepare supporting data for identified trade zonesPrepare Letters of Offer for potential new sitesAssist in developing financial & feasibility reports for new sitesPreparing internal approval documents for new sitesProperty Market ResearchLiaise with the Franchisor Development teamAssisting our legal team in the preparation & execution of legal documentationTracking and reporting of new store projections and actual resultsPreparation of Executive level meeting agendas, materials and minutesMaintain property databasesAdministration duties supporting the Development TeamAbout You 2-3 years experience in a property related discipline is preferredYou will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPointDiploma level qualification in a Property or Development related discipline or Bachelor level qualification in Business or a Property related disciplineHave great attention to Detail and AccuracyExcel in a Team EnvironmentHigh level of organisation skillsAble to manage conflicting priorities in workAbout Collins Foods Limited Collins Foods is an ASX listed company proudly employing over 17,500 employees globally.
