Hawaiian is proud to be a leading WA employer and we invite you to consider Hawaiian in your career journey.Hawaiian is seeking a Property Administrator, Office Buildings on a part-time permanent basis working 22.5 hours per week.The purpose of this role is to assist the Property Manager in realizing the potential of the Office Building portfolio by delivering on the agreed strategy, maximizing asset performance, and building profound partnerships with our tenants and other stakeholders.Essential duties include, but are not limited to, the following:Assist the Property Manager in the collection of rent and management of arrears within the KPI.Support the Property Manager with recoverable expenses (i.e., electricity), interest charges, and critical date management.Assist the Property Manager and Property Accountant with the annual budget and ongoing forecasting.Issue annual budget statements and correspondence to tenants in accordance with the Act.Assist the Property Manager and Property Accountant in the preparation of VO audit files and issue statements to tenants in accordance with the Act.Responsible for Bank Guarantee Registers.Responsible for Public Liability Insurance Register.Work with the Property Manager regarding tenant correspondence including option letters, rent review letters, market review letters, and assignment of lease.Contribute to and administer the weekly lease administration meeting and actions.Assist with lease documentation including ensuring accurate and timely execution.Manage and respond to enquiries and requests of partners.Administration tasks include tenant contact list and database management, welcome pack preparation for tenants, and management of car parking.Required Skills and AttributesMinimum 3 years' experience in the property industry.Financial reporting and debtor control experience required.Strong Microsoft Office experience with the ability to quickly learn new systems with training.CBRE MRI Pulse and Pulsetech Systems experience would be desirable.Knowledge of the Commercial Tenancy Act.REBA Registered Sales Representative or Property Manager license would be desirable.If you would like to know more, please click the 'Apply Now' button and submit your CV and Cover Letter outlining your experience and skills.
