As a Property Administrator (Industrial) you will be responsible for the general administration, tenant correspondence and positive customer experience for a portfolio of industrial assets.You will make an impact by:Working collaboratively with the property managers and broader team on a day-to-day basis to deliver tasks in line with key deadlines.
Executing administrative tasks including raising and receipting purchase order and service contracts.Being recognised as a subject matter expert in Yardi (database) functionality, including procurement, capex and lease administration where necessary.
Partnering with Finance and Business Service team members to provide required assistance and support with tasks during high volume periods as necessary.Assisting with responding to general tenant correspondence.
About YouIdeally, you will come from an Administration or Customer Service role and have a passion for the property industry.
A key to your success will be your attention to detail, ability to prioritise and sound communication skills.
2+ years' experience in an administration or customer service role with a high administrative focus.An understanding of lease interpretation, lease administration and property finance principles.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent service orientation and relationship management skills.Open communicator, collaborative by nature and team focused.Why choose Dexus?The Dexus culture and spirit is what differentiates us.
