They are looking for an experienced commercial property administrator, to join their team and support a long-term Director.
This role would suit someone with experience in a fast-paced role with an emphasis on high attention to detail.
Key responsibilities would include: Supporting the financial reporting on the portfolio Invoicing and accounts Trust accounting  Coordinating maintenance Liaison between landlords and tenants  Leasing administration Compliance administration General administration support The successful candidate will have: Previous experience within commercial real estate desirable Be financially astute with excellent attention to detail Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Enjoy problem solving Be highly organised and admin savvy Maintain a high level of presentation Cirrus8 experience highly advantageous  If you have the required experience, please apply below.
