A Property Administration Officer opportunity has become available, which will see you provide support to the Property Management Team, maintain record management systems, validate and process regular invoice payments and conduct general Property research and analysis.
The role also supports leasing activities acting as tenant and landlord across the three AusNet Networks (Electricity Transmission, Electricity Distribution and Gas), delivering security of tenure aligned with asset life cycles and income streams from otherwise dormant assets and facilitate asset maintenance programs across the network.
With a hybrid split (Office/WFH), this role is based in Southbank and is part of the Property Management team. This role will deliver real outcomes, including but not limited to: Records management including creating registry files, archive, and retrieval of documents, scanning, and electronically linking documents within the Property Asset Management Systems (PAMs) Maintain the property asset registry and periodically follow up on information which is required to keep the system up to date Support in the leasing process in the capacity as both Tenant and landlord to ensure land tenure requirements are met across the AusNet networks Maintain the registers for certificate of titles, easements, leases, permits, caveats and general correspondence Validate Council and Water Rates payments in a timely manner to ensure invoices are paid prior to due date and outgoings are recorded within PAMs Undertake title and land channel property searches You don't need to check every box; however, we are looking for a good combination of: Previous experience in a customer service, general administration or property related role, highly favourable, however not essential Experience with MS Office suite of products and willingness to acquire skills to operate geospatial database system Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy corporate environment Demonstrated communication and stakeholder relationship skills A real place to belong .
