Property Administration Assistant

The Company:
Our client is one of the fastest-growing retailers across Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of their team, you will support the leasing, administration, and store design and delivery team, contributing to their continued growth and success.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Lease Administration Manager in reviewing and preparing all leases. Support the leasing team with preparing presentations, reports, and agendas for internal and external distribution. Manage all casual leases and storage agreements for the Property team. Create and maintain monthly property reports. Facilitate regular communication with landlords, including distributing annual sales and insurance details. Collaborate with Finance on various landlord payments. Input new leasing information into the database. Assist with expense reconciliations for the team. Manage the property inbox and general queries. Qualifications:
Similar experience in an administration/property-related role will be highly regarded. Exceptional administration & organisation skills with the ability to prioritise work, ensuring deadlines are met. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidence in liaising with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to negotiate with external stakeholders. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel. Ability to learn quickly and multitask. The Benefits:
