About the role:

We are seeking a Property Admin Manager to join our client's Mitcham office. In this role, you will oversee a team of administrators and ensure tasks are completed to a high standard and on time. Key responsibilities include:
Managing and overseeing a team of administration staff. Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines. Monitoring workflow and delegating tasks effectively within the team. Assisting with property management-related administrative duties. Maintaining communication with property managers and other internal teams. Implementing and improving processes to enhance team productivity and efficiency. About you: You have prior experience in property management administration. You are highly organised, with strong leadership skills to manage a team. You have excellent communication skills and a high attention to detail. You can work under pressure and meet deadlines. What's on offer: A salary package of $75,000 depending on experience.
