Job Description Prepare and analyse monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and variance reports, providing detailed financial commentary for assigned properties.Partner with property management teams to deliver financial insights, assist with forecasting, and support strategic decision-making.Perform monthly balance sheet and bank reconciliations, prepare comprehensive financial reports while addressing stakeholder queries.Ensure the accuracy of financial records, including accruals and journals.Lead process improvements, support property onboarding/offboarding, and deliver ad-hoc analyses.The Successful Applicant CPA qualified or working towards.Prior property experience is highly desired.Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.Proven stakeholder management and strong communication skills.Commercial acumen and technical ability.What's on Offer Working from home.Excellent career growth.Competitive salary package.
