Property Accountant

Management Accounting & Budgeting (Accounting) Reporting into the Finance Manager of this ASX listed Commercial Real Estate group, this is a varied, challenging role, with an expanding Australian firm. This is a critical role, bridging the gap between head office and the Firm's assets, in providing high quality accounting support and analytical input to the Property Managers.  You'll be responsible for review of monthly management reports, P&L analysis and provision of commentary on variances, in order to deliver effective decision support to your business stakeholders.You will also handle onboarding & integration of newly acquired asset, as well as budgeting and forecasting. Whilst you'll be required to deliver ad hoc reporting and analysis when required and be heavily involved in projects and process improvement initiatives. You have experience from within the real estate sector - either landlord or agency side.
